We will leverage this advantage to ensure your orders are processed promptly and securely.

II. Distribution Area

Currently, our delivery service mainly covers the United States. However, please note that remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are not available for delivery at this time. Before placing an order, please make sure to check if your shipping address is within our delivery area to avoid any inconvenience. For orders placed outside of the United States, we are unable to provide delivery service at this time. We are actively expanding our delivery range to better meet the needs of more customers. III. Shipping and Taxes

In order to simplify the shopping process, we include shipping and taxes directly in the product price. The price you see is the actual amount you need to pay, with no additional fees. This makes the shopping process more convenient and makes your purchasing decision easier.

IV.Delivery Time


We commit to processing and shipping your orders within 72 hours of receipt. However, please note that the specific shipping time may vary due to factors such as order volume, product availability, and logistics conditions. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number, allowing you to easily check the status of your order at any time. Typically, you can expect to receive your items within 5-8 business days after placing your order. In the event of any delays due to special circumstances, we will promptly contact you and provide an explanation.

V.Packaging & Safety

We understand the importance of proper packaging and safety for your purchases. Therefore, during the delivery process, we will adopt strict packaging measures to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation.

VI.Delivery address changes and order cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. There is no charge for changing your shipping address before your order is shipped. However, if the logistics information shows that the shipment is already in transit, a $45 fee will be charged for the change of shipping address. Subsequent address changes will incur a higher fee of $80 if the package was successfully delivered to the original address. For orders that have already been shipped, we are unable to cancel them directly as the logistics process has already begun. If you do need to cancel your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you with the process. Please note that canceling an order may involve additional fees or other restrictions.
