Return and Refund

Thank you for choosing DXOPHIEX, we are committed to providing you with a high quality shopping experience. In order to ensure your rights during the shopping process, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

I. Cancellation or Modification of Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email (dxophiex@gmail.com) within 12 hours of placing your order. We will respond as soon as possible and assist you in canceling or modifying your order. If it has been more than 12 hours since your order was placed, we may have already started processing the shipment. In this case, we will not be able to cancel or modify the order. You can choose to wait for the parcel to arrive and if you are not satisfied, you can request a return and refund. Please do not send the parcel back to the sender's address without our consent. Returns without our consent will not be refunded.

II. Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your DXOPHIEX shipment and follow the return instructions. Please note that you must contact us and receive written approval before returning an item.

Return Conditions:

The returned product must be an authentic product purchased from a DXOPHIEX store.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, labeled and in its original packaging.
If the product is materially defective, DXOPHIEX will cover the costs associated with the return/exchange.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as incorrect size, dissatisfaction or no longer needed/wanted, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us.

III.Refund Timeline

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and inform you within 3 days whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 2-5 business days after receiving the returned product. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the card company and may take up to 30 days in some cases. Remember that your bank or credit card company also takes some time to process and issue the refund. If you paid using PayPal balance, the refund will be credited to your PayPal balance. For more information regarding refund payments, please contact PayPal or your credit/debit card bank.

IV. Return Process

If you need to return or refund a product, please contact us via email at dxophiex@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
